Experience/qualifications
Over my 14 years in the fitness industry I've been fortunate enough to work with such a diverse range of clients. I have the skills, training and experience to offer individuals a structured plan to help them in achieving their specific goals. I feel variation is key, even the smallest progression or adaptation can make a huge difference.
I have also played football at a semi-professional level so have experience in the transition.
